    David Graham

    Director and coach

    David is a triathlon coach, swim coach and personal trainer with over 10 years experience.

David has worked with everybody ranging from beginners starting their training journey through to high level athletes, competing in distances ranging from 5k runs through to Ironman.

His specialty lies in swimming and triathlon coaching. Through club coaching and Swim Analysis sessions he has worked with 1000's of swimmers helping them improve their technique and swimming efficiency and has helped guide over 100 athletes to an Ironman finish.

David has previously competed in swimming and triathlon at an elite level and continues to swim, cycle and run each week keeping himself fit and experimenting with the most current training methods.

  • Dervla Murphy

    Physiotherapist

    Dervla is originally from south Belfast and has a wealth of experience gained from her travels around the world.

Dervla graduated in 2007 with honours from UUJ and began her working life in the NHS Gaining invaluable experience in the areas of MSK, stroke rehabilitation and community care before setting off on a one-way ticket to the southern hemisphere.

In New Zealand she worked in a hospital orthopaedic rehab facility providing post op care to many knee and hip replacement patients as well as multiple trauma fractures. It is also here where she completed her first Marathon.

She then moved to the sunnier and warmer climate of Brisbane and for the last 8 years of her life has been working in a Multidisciplinary Private practice. It was here that Dervla’s passion for all things movement began. She loves nothing more than discovering the root cause of your injury and how to best manage it to suit your lifestyle and your goals. Treatment consists of a combination of manual therapies, such as Functional Release soft tissue mobilisation, joint mobilisation, dry needling and individualised rehab / loading programs. This helps achieve the best results and most of all keep you active and as fit as possible, continuing to train around your injury.

Recently she has returned home to settle in Northern Ireland with her partner and two young kids. She is a keen cyclist and current member of VC Glendale cycle club. She has completed multiple marathons as well as competing at a high level in both Basketball and Gaelic football throughout her playing career.

Dervla has had both the privilege of playing and working with some of the best athletes from Northern Ireland and around the world. She is currently working with the history making Senior Women’s Northern Ireland football team and recently travelled with them to the Women’s European championships. She has also attended the European games with the under 21 Northern Ireland Netball team, was head physiotherapist of the All Ireland winning Ladies Antrim GAA team and has worked with the underage professional rugby team in New Zealand.
