Overview

Individual triathlon coaching delivered through Triathlon specific software. Every session is written for you, working towards your goals and designed to fit within your lifestyle. Coaching goes beyond just delivering a training plan. The data from the sessions is constantly reviewed and future sessions are adjusted accordingly.

Communication is vital to the process and encouraged. Through the software you can provide as much feedback on sessions as you like as well as ask any questions and give any other relevant information. The first step in setting up a training plan is an initial consultation.

Goals, time constraints and current levels of fitness are discussed and any analysis of technique or physiological testing can be done, getting the training process started on the right path.

    Full breakdown or warm ups, main sessions and cool downs. Videos for all gym exercises.

    Sessions and communication delivered online for easy access and on the go advice.

    To maximise health and performance.

    Phased to be fit to race through the summer, whilst maintaining strength, body composition and health.

    Target your main race goals, or prepare for a variety of races.

    Varied and specific sessions to maximise training time and keep you engaged and motivated year round.
  • Nutrition strategies
    Helping you to perform in training, recover and have a great body composition without over complicating things day to day.

    Feedback and guidance from the coach through the messaging system.

We offer two levels of monthly subscriptions (three month minimum sign up period).

Standard

£100 / month

Individual training plan for your requirements, needs and progression.

  • Initial consultation discussing goals, training and lifestyle.
  • Training plan input by coach monthly into Training Tilt - includes all swim, bike, run and gym sessions.
  • Athletes’ data is automatically uploaded from Garmin or Strava for coach to analyse weekly.
  • Adjustments are made to the plan based on progress.
  • Message coach for feedback, advice and guidance for answers within 48hr period.
  • Access to resources such as swim drill videos, exercise videos, nutrition guides and lifestyle advice.
  • Best fit for athletes who are starting off in triathlon or those looking to improve.

  • Initial consultation discussing goals, training and lifestyle.
  • Training plan input by coach monthly into Training Tilt - includes all swim, bike, run and gym sessions.
  • Athletes’ data is automatically uploaded from Garmin or Strava for coach to analyse.
  • Adjustments are made to the plan based on progress as often as needed.
  • Message coach for feedback, advice and guidance for answers within 24hr period.
  • Race day pacing, nutrition, psychology and tactics. Plus equipment advice.
  • Guidance on lifestyle for performance, health and recovery outside of training and racing.
  • Monthly in-depth review in person or online.
  • Best fit for athletes who are looking to perform to the best of their ability.

FAQs

If injury occurs your coach will adapt the training towards recovery from the injury and getting you back to full training, towards your goal in an appropriate time frame.

Yes, you can move up a level from standard to expert to advance at any stage. It is also possible to move down if you feel you need slightly less input for a phase.

Swimming pool access, a bike and running shoes are essential. If you have a GPS Heart Rate Monitor, Turbo trainer and gym access that is fantastic. A powermeter on your bike or turbo is also useful, but not key.
